To produce vodka and other liquors, the factory uses
rectified ethyl alcohol made of food raw materials.

Includes 2 processing steps:

• softening with sodium cation filters,
• reverse osmosis desalination method.

Semi-product preparation
alcohol infused morses (berry drinks), infusions and aromatic spirits. The source of flavour and aromatic substances is aromatic and non-aromatic raw materials: herbs and leaves, roots and rootstock, flowers, tree bark, fruit and berry.

Various components are mixed in a strictly specific sequence.

Blended liquors are filtered in filter presses.

In separator tanks water-spirit mix of required alcohol volume is prepared (alcohol is mixed with rectified water).

Processing the water-spirit mix through filtration battery that consists of sand and charcoal filters. Filtration grade significantly contributes to the taste and mildness of vodka.

Tanks for preparation of vodka and extra vodka brands, adding ingredients according to the registered recipes.

Loading of bottles to the conveyor belt for further cleaning and preparation for product bottling.

Washing bottles by rectified watter

Bottling the finished product and bottle crowning.

Next stage is inspecting the finished product visually in front of an illuminated screen.
At this stage the bottle cap integrity is checked, as well as product clarity, lack of any extraneous impurities and cracks in bottles.

Bottle labeling and decoration. The experts control the flawlessness of units operation, guaranteeing the high quality of the end product.

Final stage in the production of alcoholic beverages. Each type of product is stored on pallets, which allows for most efficient use of the warehouse grounds and for mechanizing loading/offloading process.
