This product is placed in the mid-price segment. The brand’s restyling took one year. The resulting product design was changed completely, making it more attractive, modern and glamorous. The bottle was completely restyled and has a completely new look. The unique bottle shape and relief decoration in the glass in the shape of the factory’s logo on the back of the bottle emphasise the exclusive product.

The bottle cap also changed and became more attractive due to new technologies, and individual decoration added by cold-press method. The production technology and the product recite remained unchanged. The factory keeps using the pure spirit of best quality, specially prepared water, and the multi-step refinery of water-alcohol mixture. «GLAZOV» Vodka is produced in the following bottles: 0.1 lt, 0.25 lt. 0.5 lt and 0.7 lt.

The marketing experts analysed the major trends in the foreign and domestic market of alcoholic beverages, as well as the expectations of the consumers of the “standard” market segment. Together with Vladimir Bol’shanin (the vodka recipe creator) they designed the new bottle for TM «Kalashnikov». All the visual attributes were restyled, including the bottle, the label and the cap.

“We were the first in 2003 to apply the new approach to the design of strong alcoholic beverages, when we made the bottle in the form of shell casing, which draw the consumers’ attention to our product”, commented Vyacheslav Chubukov, head of Marketing department, “Current trends are changing rapidly, and our consumers would like to see the product design that make the visual perception of the product closer to the premium market segment.”

New design solution gives the bottle an unusual look, sharp edges and the bottom part of the bottle give the product the tough and masculine look. At the same time the smooth conic top part of the bottle demonstrates the design continuity and is reminiscent of the old design. Due to the experts’ well-thought design, the bottle became more ergonomic.


It should be pointed out that the new complex bottle was cast using the Swiss machinery of the «Fakel» glass factory. As for the recipe, the components of the vodka have not changed, it continues using the “Lux” alcohol.

In the course of the advertising campaign held in the Udmurt Republic retail outlets, the consumers highly appreciated the new design, due to which «Kalashnikov» vodka stood out among other products on the shelves of the outlets.
The new design of the «Kalashnikov» vodka was accompanied by adding a new volume bottle of 0.375 lt, this volume bottle is very popular among the potential consumers. Vodka is produced in the following bottles: 0.1 lt, 0.25 lt, 0.375 lt 0.5 lt, 0.7 lt and 1lt.
